My family has used this baby monitor with two cameras for our two little kids for almost 2 years. It was very easy to set up and I love that the cameras can rotate! My only gripe with it (which, in hindsight, makes perfect sense) was that you could only get audio from one camera at a time. We got around this issue by putting a sound-only monitor in one room so we could get audio and visuals from both rooms. After two years, the cameras are still working perfectly. I've only had to reset them once or twice. The monitor itself failed about 3 weeks ago. One day, after turning it on, the video blanked out. It still worked as a sound monitor but there was no picture at all. Keep in mind that this monitor has been through heavy use/some abuse (drops, kids drooling into it, etc) so I wasn't shocked or really upset that it broke after ~2 years. I contacted bonoch to see if I could just purchase another monitor since we didn't need an extra camera. Without any requests on my end they informed me that (after getting some info/video of the issue) they would send us a new monitor, absolutely free. 3 days later and the new monitor arrived! Set up was simple once again and now we're back in business! So we have 0 complaints for the product and are incredibly happy with the customer service!

I got my Bonoch camera when I had my twins last year and I love it! I used a different brand with my oldest child and it doesn't even compare. The image quality is great, it keeps track of the temperature in the room, and I can easily have the monitor cycle through all three kids cameras throughout the night. It is very easy to use and set up. Also, whenever I have had any issues with anything customer service was great and were very helpful and sent replacements when needed. Whenever I did need to hook up a new camera or monitor it was very quick and easy. And the 7" screen on the monitor is amazing!

We have had our fair share of monitors. This one is far superior. Pros: two cameras, two way talking, camera movement, monitor can switch between cameras on its own, monitor screen can be turned off at night while it’s still switching cameras and the volume is on, color and night vision, huge screen you can see from far, split screen But the best part is their amazing customer service. We have had a couple issues with our cameras losing night vision but they respond and react quickly, sending us a new one. This has happened multiple times and we have had this system for over a year, but it just happened again and they STILL sent us a new one.

Click to play video Third update: the customer service team is one of the best I have ever dealt with. They have sent another replacement and this time I have not had issues with it. They stand behind their products and go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. ___________ Second update: it has now been 1.5 months since we purchased this monitor. The monitor is now no longer working. It will turn on and the sound works however the screen is black and will not show and Picture. This time when I tried to turn it on it worked/kind of. See attached video. However the last 3 days the screen was completely black. Wanted to love this monitor but it seems to be cursed. 😞 Update: the customer service is amazing! I was having issues with the temperature not working. When I reached out for support they explained how to reset it to try and resolve the problem, but this didn't work. They sent out a brand new replacement unit. Super helpful and quick resolution. Definitely would recommend! ------------------ This camera is great, easy to use, and simple! Don't need to worry about wifi and for a travel monitor that is just what I wanted. The battery life for the monitor is decent and will last overnight. I will say I am not a huge fan that it continually goes into VOX mode and the monitor goes black but it helps with battery life and if she makes noise it seems to bring the screen back on without fail so can't complain there. We attach this to the corner of her Graco pack n play and it works great! Can view her and just out of reach. The only negative I have and the reason I can't give it 5 stars is that it seems the temperature is inaccurate. It will be COLD in our bedroom. Snuggles under blankets COLD and the monitor says 70. It will be HOT. Laying on top of the covers hot and the monitor still says 70 maybe 71. But definitely not accurate temperature reading.

Vorinstallation hat gut funktioniert. Trotzdem wäre eine Gebrauchsanleitung in Papierform hilfreich. Ich war kurz davor, das Gerät zurückschicken, weil ich die Alarmeinstellung nicht abschalten konnte - hat ein bisschen gedauert, bis ich drauf gekommen bin, dass der Raumthermostat den Alarm ausgelöst hat 😅. Hilfreich wäre auch, wenn man die Sensitivität der Raumlautstärke noch empfindlicher einstellen könnte. Die Kamera ist super. Wir hatten vor 20 Jahren Philips Babyphones, die immer sehr schnell defekt waren. Deshalb habe ich mich jetzt für dieses Produkt entschieden. Langzeit Test steht aber noch aus.

We ordered the 7 inch monitor with two cameras. The night vision did not work at all with one camera and a dim light had to be on for it to work. However, when contacting the company, the customer service was excellent. They were prompt with responses and helped organize sending a new camera right away ( night vision does work in this one). Great customer service!

Sind sehr zufrieden mit der Kamera. Ich habe mich für die Kamera aufgrund des großen Bildschirms entschieden und bin super zufrieden damit. Die Bild- und Tonqualität sind sehr gut. Der Nachtmodus ist einwandfrei. Man kann auch im Dunkeln alles erkennen.
