I bought this ice maker over a month ago. I repolace a Newair Bullet Ice maker that made 35 lbs of ice per day. While I liked that icemaker, This one blows it away. I originally wanted a sonic type nugget ice maker but decided to try tis one out. I was not disappointed, It makes ice fast and not just 5 cibes at a time, it make an entire glass of ice and the ice is clear and somehow makes the drinks colder than the other icemaker did. Newair made a great machine and it lasted for over 3 years running constantly but after a gentle internal cleaning, it stopped working. Not sure why. This machine has an auto clean function and is very easy to clean. You can also invert a water bottle on top filled with your favorite water and it will auto feed from the jug. Much like a water cooler. For the speed of ice maker and price, it is well worth it. Also, it keeps the ice frozen for a very long time. The only negative is that the ice tends to freeze in thicker sheets so they do not easily break apart. The plastic scoop is much sturdier than the previous machine but i use an small aluminum ice hammer which does a much better job. It would be nice to ave an adjustable timer but the ice is great.

This is at least my fourth countertop ice maker. I’ve had 2 bullets, a nugget (Sonic ice) and now this one that produces square cubes. This he is an absolute GAME CHANGER. It’s whisper quiet..the only noise o ever hear is that of the ice dropping. I only hear that when the collection basket is empty. The water reservoir and collection basket have oversized capacity so I’m not constantly having to refill the water tank and clear the ice from the basket like with previous machines. The ice itself ejects as a rectangular, segmented single “sheet” of cubes that are easily broken apart with the scoop or an ice pick. The cubes produced are SOLID and come out completely frozen vs. others that have holes in the middle or come out feeling very wet. They don’t melt in my drinks whereas previous models melted the second they hit my glass. I put ice in my tumbler around 10pm and there’s still ice the next day (12 hours later). If you’re not familiar with countertop ice makers, this is unheard of! It has a timer you can program, as well as a genius feature that allows you to shorten or increase the standard 13 minute intervals between ice dumps. This means the ice has more more time to freeze making it harder and last longer. The ice in the basket stays frozen for hours! It’s a complete game changer…

This ice maker does t take up too much counter space nor is it excessively loud. The ice is perfect, chewable nugget ice. This model connect to the ecozy app which allows one to start the ice maker from another room and receive alerts when the basket is full, or machine is in need of water. This model also has a “self-clean” function. I think the value is definitely worth the price.

Okay let me start with the whole idea of having a countertop ice maker sounds really cool! In reality it's just really not functional and is a gimmick! Don't get me wrong it will make ice within 6 to 7 minutes. But the quality of ice is lacking seriously! Even on the larger size Ice Cube it is very small! Smaller than the average normal Ice Cube! Along with that the Ice Cube comes out very very wet and not very frozen like a normal Ice Cube! Using the ice cubes will result in any drink to be deluded being that it melts very fast! Even if you have a beverage that has been in the refrigerator it melts quickly watering down your beverage! If you're going to use this ice for anything that has not been refrigerated beforehand it will melt immediately and leave you nothing but watered down or diluted beverage! As the basket gets slightly full the ice cubes at the bottom are literally melting away to nothing and the water from the melting is being recycled to make new ice cubes that are already melting coming out! I let the machine continue on to try to make a full basket of ice only to bag the ice to put in the freezer. That resulted in one big block of what looks like frozen melted ice being that the ice cubes are so wet coming out of the basket they all freeze together in one big block of ice! Yeah the concept seems really cool yet it's nothing more than a gimmick! Probably will be sending it back for a refund. Additionally the basket storage area is not well insulated so yes the ice melts even quicker being that it's not refrigerated or keeping cold! If you're intending to use these for alcoholic beverages probably not the best decision! If you're a bourbon or whiskey Drinker and like ice in your drink this will seriously water it down very very fast. That goes basically for anything you put this ice in even if it's been chilled or served at room temperature! I'm not all down on countertop ice makers yet I think one as this is is very cheap and you get what you pay for something that does not work very well at all! I would give it serious thinking to purchase this and waste your time resulting with wet ice and watered down beverage drinks! Oh yeah I live in Florida too and have my air conditioning on inside the house. So if you're going to use this Outdoors or in a warm house forget about it.

Play Video Impressive protection packaging, I’m keeping this box! . Ezee before use instructions. The ECOZY ice maker I Set at default time ( 13 minutes) worked best for me. The production and thickness is excellent as instructed how to, in the manual. Tried other settings and all have excellent results. Important safety information package contents all in box, Ezee control panel, has self cleaning instructions, quick Guide, great shopping app QR code, extended warranty link, ECOZY web,support card, and included three ice storage bags, and ice scoop. My tabletop level is off a bit but the ice production was excellent. Definitely worth the price.

Maravillosa máquina fábrica de hielos. Hace muchísimos hielos en muy poco tiempo tal y como lo describen en el producto. Los hielos duran mucho tiempo. El único detalle es que salen las tabletas de hielo pegadas y no hielos independientes, aunque en realidad esto no es un problema porque se rompen fácilmente con el cucharón que viene incluído, y puede ser una ventaja cuando se trata de usar los hielos en contenedores grandes como jarras o termos. Además, los hielos se mantienen intactos aunque tardemos en retirarlos de la máquina. Súper recomendable.
