LOVE! As the weather gets hotter we go through ice at a lightening speed! This machine makes ice so quickly and it doesn't melt right away. I purchased on sale, but to be honest I would have bought it full price. Can't be a sale! Very sturdy machine you can tell the durability is really good due to it not being made of plastic. Spend the money on this machine so you are running to the store for ice! It holds a large quantity of water also so you aren't always filling it.

Great machine to make clear ice cubes. Easy to use and doesn't take up a lot of room on your counter. Great customer service if you have any issues.

This ice machine is overall really good, it makes ice pretty quickly! With a decent amount of ice storage for the price. But the reason I took a star off it because of the sensor that blocks the machine from making more ice when it thinks it is full: There’s a sensor on top of the Ice storage which helps the machine know when the ice storage is full. But if there’s a tiny square of ice that gets stuck on the sensor line; the machine stops making ice. Even if the storage is not full. If they could maybe put the sensor line higher? Or not make any space for ice cubes to get stuck on edge near it then it would be 5 stars. Otherwise on a positive note, I have been using it since 3 months and it is going strong

We are finally using this! After reading a lot of reviews and spending way too much time I got this for our camper. It is very light weight! It is extremely quiet unless it's dropping ice. It makes the cubes very fast. We love being able to restock the cooler and have ice in the freezer without venturing out to buy a bag. Highly recommend!!!

Okay let me start with the whole idea of having a countertop ice maker sounds really cool! In reality it's just really not functional and is a gimmick! Don't get me wrong it will make ice within 6 to 7 minutes. But the quality of ice is lacking seriously! Even on the larger size Ice Cube it is very small! Smaller than the average normal Ice Cube! Along with that the Ice Cube comes out very very wet and not very frozen like a normal Ice Cube! Using the ice cubes will result in any drink to be deluded being that it melts very fast! Even if you have a beverage that has been in the refrigerator it melts quickly watering down your beverage! If you're going to use this ice for anything that has not been refrigerated beforehand it will melt immediately and leave you nothing but watered down or diluted beverage! As the basket gets slightly full the ice cubes at the bottom are literally melting away to nothing and the water from the melting is being recycled to make new ice cubes that are already melting coming out! I let the machine continue on to try to make a full basket of ice only to bag the ice to put in the freezer. That resulted in one big block of what looks like frozen melted ice being that the ice cubes are so wet coming out of the basket they all freeze together in one big block of ice! Yeah the concept seems really cool yet it's nothing more than a gimmick! Probably will be sending it back for a refund. Additionally the basket storage area is not well insulated so yes the ice melts even quicker being that it's not refrigerated or keeping cold! If you're intending to use these for alcoholic beverages probably not the best decision! If you're a bourbon or whiskey Drinker and like ice in your drink this will seriously water it down very very fast. That goes basically for anything you put this ice in even if it's been chilled or served at room temperature! I'm not all down on countertop ice makers yet I think one as this is is very cheap and you get what you pay for something that does not work very well at all! I would give it serious thinking to purchase this and waste your time resulting with wet ice and watered down beverage drinks! Oh yeah I live in Florida too and have my air conditioning on inside the house. So if you're going to use this Outdoors or in a warm house forget about it.

Ok so the company never asked me to change my review but I felt I need to. So I have a well with hard water and lots of minerals. Even with regular cleanings (but not with cleaner for ice makers I just held the power button and put into clean mode. The instructions didn't really say how to clean. Anyway after 10 months it started to say empty of water even though it was full. So I updated the post to reflect that. And within a day or two the company I supose ezcozy I am not sure. They asked if I wanted a full refund I said sure why not. Then they asked or howabout a replacement that was even better cause family loved having cubes on the fly. And before the end of the week I have recieved a replacement (brand new ) . I have not set it up yet as I asked the company what they recommended so we would not have this problem again and they suggested distilled water as mine is terrible on everything. I have to clean coffee maker every month with vinegar. Anyhoot the company came to me when they seen I had an issue I never even thought of contacting them after that much time. And I am sure with distilled water I won't have that problem anymore. I might even start running it with the coffee maker also. So in a nutshell the customer service is incredible and we really liked the ice machine just our water is not good for it. But I am sure city water would have been fine. Well water that is not softened not so much

Works very well: tested on small and large cubes: basket full light turns off when basket emptied and machine continues. Add cold water as required. The plastic ice-cube scoop-handle is too long for convenient hand use: have to use fingers to pick up few last cubes. I put trays of cubes in zip-lock bags then into freezer for storage. I used them in a cold water knee treatment system after knee replacement surgery. It was quick enough for my needs. You may want to place each cube into a cube-tray prior to storage if using for drinks.

Da die Maschine alle 8 Minuten 9 große Eiswürfel produziert (oder alle 6 1/2 Minuten kleinere Eiswürfel), waren immer genügend Eiswürfel vorhanden. Für zu Hause: für den Drink am Abend ist die Eiswürfelmaschine gut zu gebrauchen. Einschalten, Wasser auffüllen, starten, knapp 8 Minuten warten, Eiswürfel in den Drink, Maschine abschalten, wenn genügend Eiswürfel vorhanden sind Vorteil: man hat Eiswürfel ohne Kunststoffverpackung in der Menge, die man benötigt. Ebenso positiv ist der Stromverbrauch: in Betrieb 85W, in Stand-by 2W. Positiv wie negativ ist die Wasserfüllmenge von 1,2L, da man öfters Wasser bei mehreren Gästen nachfüllen muss. Auf der anderen Seite ist das Gerät aber deswegen kompakt und klein. Ein Tipp zum Schluss: verwendet man gleich zu Beginn gekühltes Wasser, werden die Eiswürfel gleich zu Beginn größer.

I ordered this ice maker because the ice I have in the freezer can sometimes taste funny. It is easy to use and it fits nicely on my countertop in the apartment. I love that when I move to my new house, it will help me greatly, too. The ice maker makes crystal clear ice, which is the right size for my juices and smoothies. I appreciate that it has a sturdy handle for easy carrying. I am pleased that I made this choice, and it is a game-changer.
