Suction is good for hardwood floor but isn’t great at vacuuming carpets but it does a good job but not great but good job at vacuum carpets. The Mapping feature is great, fast and accurate. Design looks good at least in my opinion. Buying this at 399.99 is probably more worth buying instead of its full price. For the quietness for the self emptying it is pretty loud at around 70-75 decibels.

This is one of the best Vacuums I have ever purchased. It doesn't miss an inch. I tried to think of a negative item on this product, no matter how small, and I can't. I am truly impressed and I'm a perfectionist. I truly am impressed with its design, engineering and programming. The phone app is absolutely stunning with just the right features. With this connected into my Google Home, my wife can start and stop this with ease. Great Job Eufy!

Click to play video It is challenging to provide a rating for this product, as I am satisfied with its current performance and intend to continue using it. However, I believe it has the potential to be significantly improved. As an avid fan of Eufy and owner of several of their products, I have been using the unit for approximately a month and will revisit my review based on its future performance. Pros: - Self-Mapping: The self-mapping feature is impressive. The app allows for easy adjustments to the map, room selection, and carpet addition. The instructions for cleaning and adjusting cleaning levels are also straightforward. - Suction Power: The suction power appears to be adequate. I conducted a test vacuuming session before using the unit and was impressed by its effectiveness. - Pet Hair Handling: The unit effectively manages pet hair, which is a significant advantage for me as I have a dog and a cat. Cons: - Self-Emptying Function: The self-emptying function is currently experiencing issues. As evident in the accompanying video, there is a flap designed to open during the emptying process, allowing for the removal of finer dust. However, this flap does not function properly, necessitating manual emptying every few days. This process can be messy and inconvenient. - Charging Issues: The unit has required multiple adjustments due to charging problems after returning home. I was unaware of this issue until attempting to send it back, and the battery level was severely low. - Incomplete Self-Emptying: The unit has occasionally failed to fully empty after a cleaning cycle and I had to run the cleaning cycle manually (yes I tried it with a new bag in the home until to make sure it was not that). - Reusable Bag: I would appreciate it if the bag included in the home unit were reusable. This would reduce waste, as I have been using canister vacuums for an extended period. While I understand the benefits of keeping dust levels low, the manual emptying process negates that. Update 5/2/25: been working with Eufy on a couple of things to try to help the cons. Still enjoy the unit and still running it. i will make some more videos about cleaning that i have been doing with the unit itself.

I was definitely hesitant to try the eufy Robot Vacuum 3-in-1 E20. I've always wanted a little vacuum robot but I never trusted how clean it would get the floor. The eufy Robot Vacuum does a pretty decent job. I have a home office that occasionally gets clients so I put this in there. the app is easy to use and I like that I can program it to vacuum at a specific time. The robot vacuum does a great job getting dust and small things suctioned up. It has picked up a lot of the everyday dust and hair which is great. My only issue with this is that it struggles to pick up the pet hair that weaves itself into fabric. If you have pet hair weaved into a rug or anything like that, this will not get it out. All in all, it's a decent set up and I like how it works. I do wish that it got pet hair better but it's still a nice addition to keeping the office clean. It does not take up much room and the app is easy to use.

I love this Eufy! It's only been a week, but I am very happy with the quality of the cleaning and the app is great! I may be able to retire my old upright! My last Eufy 11S was great too. I used it every day and the battery lasted 4 years, but it didn't have the mapping and detailed cleaning that this 3 in 1 does.

Read the reviews before I bought it and decided I would give it a try. My dyson crapped out on me a while back :() and this my Neto robo vac just turned 7 years old and decided it didn't want to connect to wifi anymore ... 2 in 1 doesn't aways work but in this case it does! Two weeks in so far and I LOVE IT!! The hand held is so much lighter and more powerful than the other ones I used Hopefully keeps working as well years from now!
