Very impressed with this product, it was very easy to install. I like that it comes with 2 regular house keys, it gives multiple options to unlock your door. Key, fingerprint, code and app to unlock. You can assign a different pass code to each person in your home or workers coming in and out and delete them. Stylish design as well that looks sleek and modern. Great feature is this lock is compatible with alexa. So you can lock and unlock the door and check if it's locked with voice control. This sold me on the product, great for seniors and for ease.

Great price for a solid well designed product. I looked at a number of locks like this one, but none matched the features, price and quality I wanted. This is my first Eufy product and so far so good. High quality and a pretty easy install and setup. Make sure this will fit properly in your door. See the measurements provided by the company. The app is really pretty easy to use and I love the auto locking feature and the ability to temporarily assign a code to the person that takes care of our cats while we are away. It keeps a log of all the ins and outs and it also had alerts that let you know if the lock is being used. I need to take the time to fix the weather stripping our door so it closes completely, because sometimes the lock can't lock because the door is not fully closed. That is the fault of the door, not the lock and the cool thing is that the app tells me when it tries to automatically lock and failed. The only negative I have seen is that on a rare occassion, the lock seems to glitch when I go to lock it when leaving the house. I just wait a beat and then put my thumb on it again and it works great. The lock looks great and seems to be well built. We use it with Alexa as well and it was easy to integrate into the Alexa app. Fingerprint recognition is the same as what you do on the phone and it has never failed for any of us. We no longer have to worry about making keys or losing them, but it does come with a key in case there is an electical issue of some kind. I am really happy with this purchase from a price to quality and features perspective and highly recommend it.

Sleek look and easy installation, bought because my daughter never remembered her house key. This is awesome the finger print, passcode, app or manual key lock allows for multiple ways to secure the home. App is basic but I enjoy the log to see who’s coming and going and I can unlock anywhere with the app. Say the value is worth the money compared to other locks.

I've owned the C220 lock for a month and have found it to work really well. It took about 10 minutes to install and no modifications to my door were needed. The lock is well constructed and is heavy. The management app is well done and easy to navigate. Things to note: 1. Some older people can have hard to read fingerprints. This is not specific to Eufy. Use a code number for them instead if this is a problem. 2. The battery life on my lock has been great as my wifi is close by. The further away the lock is from your WIFI access point, the more demand there is on the batteries. This is why some people report great battery life while others complain it's terrible. I believe it took 8 batteries.. it should last a long time. 3. No more smart hub!! Good riddance. Adding and removing codes or fingerprints is FINALLY easy! This might be the biggest difference. 4. The touch keypad CAN be seen in direct sunlight 5. I did not try the geofencing but it has the capability, provided everyone in the family has the app on their phone. It could auto-lock and auto unlock if configured to do so. 6. I did not test doorbell or camera integration - but it has that feature. Gripes: These are small but need to be noted 1. For renters: temporary/scheduled access codes work fine but there is no integration with text messaging (or email) to create the code and send it in a single process. Heck, the app is already managed on your mobile - why not do this? Now I have to separately send a text with all the details when this could have been easier. 2. When using a number codes, you have to press the keypad once to wake it up, enter the code, and then press the enter key on the bottom right of the panel. Why do I need to press enter? Why not open the lock after a second if no additional keys are pressed and the code is correct? Now you have to tell potential renters of this requirement to press the enter key. My point is: the enter key is not be obvious to people unfamiliar with the lock. 3. On the app, the battery life is shown as a tiny battery picture with lines filled in for battery life remaining. Would it have killed them to put a percentage number next to it? Overall, this is the best lock that I have tried and I have tried about 6 others to date. I hope you found this review useful.

I give Props to Eufy lock C220 because this is my second purchase and I am extremely happy and pleased with the door lock. One was even installed over seas and it works wonderfully. The keyless entry works with your code and with your fingerprint. It was installed in less than 10 minutes, the set up on Eufy application is also easy and fun. I previously had a very expensive Kwikset Lock and it stopped working in less than 2 years due to door jam or whatever it was. However, the cost on Eufy is far less and I am sure it wont give me any issues because it even has a feature on door calibration. Run and get one if you are unsure or doubt if this is a good decision, I am here to assure you that you wont regret your Eufy lock. It also has two regular keys.

Wonderful Electronic Deadbolt!!! Very easy to install, the app is very straightforward while also having plenty of features for added peace of mind. You can lock and unlock the deadbolt from anywhere via the app. And let me tell you, no one is getting through that deadbolt. The build quality is phenomenal for the price point. I’m very pleased with this product, and it’s actually the reason why I went Eufy for all of my home security needs. If you need reliable and well built security equipment for you home, do yourself a favor and choose Eufy. (I’m a professional locksmith/access control technician. So please trust me when I say these products are worth every penny)

I took out a faulty Yale deadlock on my wooden apartment front door, and having checked the measurements carefully with the instructions (before ordering!), I found it very easy to install. It took a couple of hours, but mainly because my old door has had a couple of previous locks. I do have a lot of tools available, and in my case needed chisels, drill, screwdrivers & some filler .... but in a new door, this should be a dream to fit. I am really impressed with how it works, too. I don't need a separate control hub for this model, as it works through WiFi & is powered by battery. The eufy security app is *very good*, and this made the difference for me, against a similar offering from a very well known company (named above). So, I can open the door with codes, my fingerprints (as many fingers as I want to add) and I can allow others to do so too. I can set different levels of privilege, and use timed and temporary entry codes, all from my phone. I get an (optional) alert every time the door is opened or locked. I have ADHD, and eufy security gave me back my confidence - I set the door to lock automatically after a certain period of time, so I never forget to lock up! I can easily add a camera to my door lock - I haven't as it is an internal apartment door - but I do have a eufy outdoor camera, which stores videos locally on my phone. This means I don't need to pay for any storage subscriptions with my security system. All in all, I'm very happy with my eufy tech!

It has been a month or so since I purchased this lock. I wanted to test it for some time before writing a review. And now a month later, I can say definitively that this is the best smart lock in the market. It simply just works. Once I installed the lock, it paired with the eufy app seamlessly. The features I looked for where all found in this lock: 1. Lock must be smart (ie. connects to the wifi to allow me to control it remotely and get status if it’s locked or not at night). Being smart, it means I can generate one time codes to let people in remotely over the wifi. This convenience you wont have with a non-smart lock or Bluetooth connected locks. As those require you to be next to the lock to make modifications like add a new entry code or allow someone in. 2. Fingerprint entry. This is a game changer in terms of convenience. You want the fingerprint feature as it will save you a ton of time. You don’t have to manually enter digits one at a time. It’s a must have time saver. 3. Key pad. In case I want to let a guest in, they can enter using the keypad. I can generate a one time code ahead of time and send it to them via messaging. 4. Back up USB power port: In the rare case your batteries run out, this convenient power allows you to power the lock with a USB power bank and let you in the house. Then you can replace the batteries. 5. Battery powered: it uses 8xAA batteries, which seems a lot at first, but it means it will last long. It has been 1 month now and the lock is working very well. Using removable batteries makes this product more affordable, which is a huge plus. 6. It looks good! 7. Customer service has been really kind to me. The above 7 reasons make this lock an unbeatable lock. Yes, it doesn’t have a camera and it doesn’t have a door bell feature, but I already have a doorbell camera in my front door. I use this smart lock in my back door. A note on customer service: Customer service is very good. After I purchased the smart door lock and then after opening it, I realized that my door had an old style drive-in plate instead of the modern square plate. The instructions that came with the product said to contact customer service. My initial thought was that customer service would have a really difficult time to solve my problem. But to my surprised, they were very helpful. There was a little confusion in the beginning, but when they figured out what I was missing, they went above and beyond to help me locate the necessary part and then placed an order for me. This showed me that they really care. I have trust in the brand and the products and now recommend to friends and family! If you are having some doubts or haven’t quite decided on which smart lock you want to use in your home, this is that lock. Get it. You will love it. If you have money and need some more features like video camera, eufy’s got you. Trust me, just get it, you won’t regret. Enjoy the convenience of a modern smart lock for your home, family, and friends.

Best product I’ve bought all year!!! We LOVE the finger print option it makes it so much easier when your hands are full with grocery’s and the dog. Product is great overall for security as you can set different codes for different people (dog walker, house cleaner) you also get notification when someone comes and goes. You can lock/unlock from your phone. We’ve had it for just over a month and haven’t had any issues - easy installation and battery life also seems fine.

Honestly the lock itself is really good and it works well. But it's integrations with Google and Alexa are absolutely and utterly garbage. It connects to both but NEVER works with either. Controlling it with Google home or Alexa app just shows wrong info like locked when it's actually unlocked. Using voice commands fail 100% of the time over the last few months. It honestly feels like some intern added the bare minimum so it connects to said smart home apps just so they can advertise as such and never actually spent any time with actual development. You can make the best locks but if it doesn't work with unifying apps it's no good. The last thing people want to do is open ANOTHER app on their phone.
