Great vac. I ordered this to replace my old robovac, specifically for the mopping option. I have all lenolium flooring in my apartment which I hate mopping. This item came in a huge box, and was heavy. Upon unpacking its really easy to set up, under 5 minutes. It mapped my entire apartment in under 5 minutes unlike my old vac that had to blindlessly bump into everything in site. This thing just strolled down the middle of the rooms and down the hallway and was ready to vac as soon as it mapped. I had it do a quick vac, then reran it with a vac and mop combo. The mopping feature is awesome. I have a cat which sheds and the vac had no problems with the hair. It self emptied once during the vac process before finishing and emptying again. It self fills with water to mop, cleans and dries the mop heads when done. I mopped with plain water to begin with as im waiting for the cleaning solution to come in, and the floors look great. It is a big unit, and definitely noticable wherever you put it, and it is loud when it self empties, about as loud as a regular vacuum running. The phone app works well, and tracks the robovac in real time. Well worth the money.

We purchased this vacuum, Eufy x10 Pro Omni, for a house gift to ourselves for Christmas. We ordered it on Cyber Monday and didn't receive it until December 24th. No problem, thankfully we had a friend that remained in town and was able to go to our house on Christmas eve and place it in our garage. I started using the vacuum on Friday the 27th, 9 days ago and I have been running it through all the functions and everything I can to see if it has any issues or if it doesn't meet my expectations so I can return it if there are any issues. Before trying to use the vacuum, I watched all the videos and read as much material as I could on setting it up and mapping the home. After feeling comfortable about setting it up I started to set it up to map the house, following instructions in the manual I downloaded. Everything went pretty well and it seem to map out the rooms very well. I noticed if you have curtains that hang to the floor this will cause the vacuum to drive around the curtains and not get close to the wall. Also if you have a bed skirt around the bed it will not go through it to get under the bed. This prevents the vacuum from going under the bed to clean. Before we clean the rooms we pull this up and tuck it in so it will clean under the bed and I roll the curtains up so it will get closer to the wall. I have tried every command and different levels to vacuum different rooms, vacuum and mop bathrooms and the kitchen. The vacuum works very well and I like how it will self-empty at the time intervals I have set it at. For tile it mops and cleans very well with no streaks. Our hardwood floor it cleans it very well however, it leaves swirling marks as well as tire pattern marks from the wheels. I have tried different water levels and trying to clean twice. I do like that the vacuum washes the mops and then dry's the mop heads, so they don't begin to smell. Great feature. When it self-cleans, after vacuuming, it is pretty loud. I think this is because it needs a great deal of suction to clean out the vacuum and deposit it in the bag. This is not an issue if the base is in a different room away from locations you use to relax or watch TV. Even then, it's no problem because it only lasts a few seconds and you can run it when you're not home. I have tried every scenario this vacuum has to offer and it has worked very well and I have been pleased up until last night. Day 8 of testing. For some reason the task of cleaning or emptying the tray for dirty water does not work anymore. I looked up how to troubleshoot this problem and have done everything, several times, that was in two or three troubleshooting guides, video and written. I cleaned everything even though nothing was dirty, since we have only had this vacuum for 8 days, before this issue. See the picture of the water in the tray and how clean it is. Not a dirt or dirty tray issue. I have checked rubber seals, blown soft air through the lines with no issues of blockage. Filters are all clean and brand new. I've been working on this issue for three hours now trying everything and chatting with Eufy, sending Eufy an email explaining the issue with uploaded videos showing all the parts and me going through the steps they requested to fix the problem. I can't call them because they are not open until Monday and as usual, nothing goes wrong until the weekend. At this point I am at a standstill until I can troubleshoot the problem with an actual person. I will update this review once I go through this process and will explain the solution. If, there is one other than replacing the unit. More to come on this. Up until this issue started this vacuum has worked exceptionally well. I highly recommend if you purchase this vacuum to take the time to run it through every scenario, as I have, to make sure it has no bugs and/or that it meets your expectations. At this point I would recommend it to a buyer with caution. This is a very sophisticated piece of equipment that, in my opinion, has a lot of things that could go wrong. Things that even the best handyman won't be able to fix. This day and age, appliances with electronics and all the bells and whistles fail quite regularly and require expensive circuit boards and electronics to repair them. Not to mention the cost for the repair person to do it if you are unable. I recommend purchasing the extended warranty. If not, run this thing every which way to Sunday before the 30-day return expires and then hope nothing fails, especially on a weekend, after the warranty has expired. More to come on this. Update. Eufy emailed me a return label and instructions to send back the base not the rob vac. I had saved the original box therefore, sending it back was not a problem. It took over a week to get a replacement base. I contacted Eufy per my concerns of this elapsed time were I was not able to continue testing the vacuum and its features within the 31 day timeframe for a full refund. They assured me they would extend this date by two weeks. I received the new base shortly after a week. When I returned the base I sent in the cord to the unit and left the vacuum bag installed. When I received the new base it was missing the cord and did not have a vacuum bag. I contacted Eufy and they assured me a cord and a pack of vacuum bags would be shipped. It’s been now almost one more week and I have yet to receive the shipment. For two weeks I haven’t been able to use the vacuum. Eufy did issue me a number to receive two wash pads for free. I had to go to a site through a link emailed to me and enter the code. Problem is, the code covered $10.00 of $12.00 cost do I had to pay $2.00. I contacted Eufy and they said they would reimburse me the $2.00 however, I would have to wait until I receive the pads and then I would need to contact them at such time. Now I’m waiting for the cord, vacuum bags and wash pads. Sorry this review has turned into a novel. I just want to put everything out there to help others to decide on a purchase. As for the vacuum and what I have experienced, while I was able to use it, I am very pleased with the results. Received the new base and everything has worked exceptionally well. Whenever I send the support or customer service an email or a question they always respond immediately with an answer. This unit I would recommend to anybody who has animals. I’ve not had a problem with dog hair tangling in the brush. If someone in the family has long hair that will get tangled in the brush. Great little mid price vacuum fantastic customer service.

I can’t believe I waited this long to get a Eufy robot vacuum! It’s been an absolute lifesaver for keeping my floors clean with minimal effort. It glides effortlessly around furniture, under beds, and into corners I usually miss with a traditional vacuum. The suction power is impressive—picks up pet hair, crumbs, and dust like a pro—and it’s surprisingly quiet, so I can run it while working or relaxing. The setup was super simple, and the app makes it easy to schedule cleanings or control it remotely. Battery life is solid, and it always finds its way back to the dock. My home feels so much cleaner every day with almost no effort on my part. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to simplify their cleaning routine!

I bought this unit in Oct 2024 for use in a 1500sf single level home with vinyl floors throughout and area rugs in most rooms. Home is located outside Florence AZ, which is a dusty desert. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat that come indoors through a doggie door. We run it daily. Pros: *This vacuum has worked well sucking up dust and hair. *Unit does not clog or bind up on what it gets off the floor. *App tells you exactly what's wrong. *Rarely gets stuck - it's gotten stuck only 2 times since Oct (5 months) and both were due to the wash pad coming off after it got hung up on the edge of a rug. *Smart, no problems to run it on a schedule. *Kit to replace brush, wash bads, roller, and filter is reasonably priced (thank you). Cons: *Doesn't pick up cat litter (I use clay little), instead it spreads it over the house. *As others have mentioned, it's loud when it ejects the dust at its station. All in all, way better and smarter than the ones from years ago. Love that it cleans and mops my floors every day. I'll buy another when the time comes.

I can't fault the mopping function, it's great, but the device infrequently gets stuck when transitioning to carpet. The carpets I'm referring to are not high or thick.

I can really appreciate this machine. It is very intuitive and makes the weekend work load that much more attainable and complete. I have two floors, a little over 1000 squ ft per floor and I was finding my weekends consumed with "catch up" cleaning. The addition of this machine is as beneficial as the dishwasher or washing machine and dryer. It is doing most of the work so you don't have to. I just need to do the daily wipe down of the surfaces and this machine will take care of the floors. I try and use it daily, that's the true benefit of this machine. With daily use I have found the dirty water is getting cleaner and cleaner. I can spend more time on the hard to reach areas and focus on other tasks. I enjoy the fact that I can plan my cleaning as well. The machine mapped my home rather quickly (and on it's own), I was happy about that. It seems to be getting better and better at getting around the house. I have managed to figure out how to separate rooms, insert no go zones, and tailor the cleaning to a room by room need. As a first time buyer of one of these home maintenance machines, I must say I am very impressed. Is it as good as what I would do? No. But it is much better at keeping the daily mess at bay so I can focus on other things. I would recommend this product as I have read the reviews, looked other models up on line for three months prior to finally making this purchase. I took the feed back to heart in this product profile and am happy to report that the other reviews are accurate. Consider some of the negative feed back as an opportunity to understand. Reading about the other options out there from the cheaper to the more expensive, I found this one to be quite good overall. The app is great for telling me how to maintain the machine parts, I am a firm believer in preventative maintenance of your home assisting cleaning supplies. The better care they receive the better cleaning ability they can produce.

10 yrs ago I tried various robovacs and vacmop devices and hated them all. Well, the technology has improved and this device is absolutely worth every penny! 1. It accepts multiple maps! I have 5 maps for my home with multiple levels. 2. No need to drag the base to different floors. It cannot mop without the base, but it can vacuum without the base! 3. I have a shag carpet. A REAL shag carpet. This vacuum effortlessly climbs up and down & does a descent vacuum job on max. Which mean this device has no issues with room transitions, either. 2. Mapping is quick, easy and accurate the first time. Best of all it sees where the floor ends for stairs or drop-offs and automatically avoids them! No more falling vac! No need to set a “no-go” zone and pray! 3. Mopping isn’t a scrub but it certainly far surpasses any other auto device I’ve used. Far better than those with swiffer-style wet sheets. And the auto mop clean and dust extract is awesome. 4. If the brush gets caught up with hair or a cable, the brush is easily removed and replaced for easy extraction. 5. Love that I can schedule it to clean automatically every evening.

Solid improvement to my previous x8 eufy vacs. Easy to assemble. Uses same eufy cleaning app on my phone, but the format for controlling this vac is different than my others (two x8’s, two 11s’s). Setup was easy. Operationally the vacuum does a similar excellent job cleaning the floor compared to the x8. I don’t notice any missed areas. I haven’t heard any vacuum ‘bumping’ furniture or walls where the x8 very occasionally bounces off thin chair legs or other furniture. Mopping function works well. The quality of the clean is better than I anticipated. My hardwood and kitchen tile floors look better. Adding water is easy. Used water is easily dumped. The time needed to do the water changes is significantly less than what was needed on the x8 to empty the on board dustbin. The base unit takes vacuum bags but in the first month I haven’t needed to replace a bag yet. After each vac/mopping the base unit runs a drying and dust bin emptying cycle. This is far louder than I had anticipated. I don’t think you could comfortably hold a conversation in the same room and the base while it is operating. I’m not a pet person but I assume pets would find the noise unpleasant. I have scheduled the mop to only happen on days when I’m at work. Vacuuming happens daily and the emptying of the bin is quick enough that while I hear it from my office room it doesn’t interrupt calls. I’m happy with the upgrade. My five years of experience with eufy vacs has involved me adding a new vac each year and moving the older vacs to new floors. While I’d love to continue this the thought of multiple base units running at once or after each over feels like a lot of noise disruption. We need to get robo vacs that can move floor to floor. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and have would purchase again.

I have had this for about 6 weeks. This is my third robot vacuum. My 2nd Eufy. All of which did a good job. This is my third attempt at a robot mop and the first that actually worked. It took a few days to play with the settings, and ultimately settled on it vacuumed my carpet rooms in the morning and vacuuming and washing my hard floors in the evening after dinner. I have discovered it works best if you leave it alone. So play with the settings until you understand it and get to where you can live with and it works with your schedule. You can set the order of rooms you want it to clean, and what you want done in each room. You can set multiple schedules if that works best for you. I try to empty out the dirty water and rinse the tank after each use. I refresh the water every 3 days, alternating between water with a bit of solution and water only. Weekly I wash and air dry the containers and swap out the mop pads, clean the roller bar and tray. People considering buying this need to realize, it is not as good as a human, don’t expect it to do as good a job as you would. It’s great maintenance so you don’t have to do as much work. It does not do edges and corners very well. Instead of mopping weekly. I only have to do it monthly. While I won’t say the hair detangler doesn’t work, I will say it doesn’t work well. You will still have to cut that out every week or two. A little weekly maintenance is way less work than mopping and vacuuming weekly and my floors are always clean. I have a cat and a dog and an allergy sufferer in the house. For the price point, it’s a rockstar. I can not recommend this enough.
