Purchased this to replace our old Samsung 8 series remote that broke. Very easy to set up- the TV automatically searched for it and we were able to sync it immediately to the remote. All buttons function as intended/suppose to without any issues (thus far). Whilst it doesn't have as good a range as the original (can't turn the TV on and off or adjust the volume from a separate room), it works fine when standing in front of the TV.

When our pup chewed up the factory remote, i quickly went on the search for a replacement. This came quickly & is almost identical to the factory remote but has every button needed. I purchased this remote to replace my OEM remote after a broke. This was a perfect replacement and continues to properly work and meet all of our needs to utilize our television.

We ordered this remote a few months ago. Several of the buttons would only work with lots of force and even then, it wasn’t consistent. It was very frustrating trying to operate the tv. I repurchased last week in hopes it would be fully functional. Luckily, it has been great so far. If you get a remote that is having trouble, don’t wait as long as us to return it because now we’re out the money for a remote that didn’t work. The size and functionality is on par with the original remote so we would recommend this as a replacement.
