Bought this as a gift for my boyfriend. He hated our current knives and loves this one. He asked to replace all our knives with this brand.

Bought this and a cutting board for a friend, 71, moving into a new place. He’s not much of a cook, but I wanted to encourage him to try, so it seemed like a good starter knife. Don’t know how it holds an edge, but looks nice.

After doing quite a bit of research on purchasing a good quality chef knife, I chose this one, which was ranked in the top 5 of chef knives. I was very disappointed in the quality and the way the knife cut several different things such as vegetables and meats. So I sent it back. The chef knife I already have in my culinary set “ Syvio “ which I purchased on Amazon, was just as sharp and I didn’t see any difference in the quality. I didn’t want to spend a fortune on the #1 ranked knife which was 3 times higher in price than the one I’m talking about. I guess the old saying is true? You get what you pay for!
