I bought this security camera, and it exceeded my expectations. The image quality is crystal clear, even at night, thanks to its night vision. Setup was very easy, and the app is intuitive. I love that I can monitor in real time from my phone and receive alerts when it detects motion. Plus, the two-way audio is a very useful feature. It's definitely a great buy for the price. I recommend it 100%!

I am updating my original1 star review to 5 Stars. After the frustration of not being to able to get any real help, I sent an E-mail to Litokam and was surprised to get a response within a few hours. I was sent more instructions to try OR they would send me an upgrader 5 GHz Camera at no charge. I tried the instructions to no avail and sent in a reply for the upgrade. I received the camera a few days later and boom! It set up immediately and works great. Picture quality is outstanding, sound is good and tracking is reasonable. I am very happy with the camera and feel much better about their customer service. With all the new technology with Live Chat, Download Videos and such, an old fashion E-Mail got the job dome. Received the camera on time and in good condition. Went to set up the camera, downloaded the app, no problem. Watched the setup videos from Litokam plus a couple on You Tube. For three days I tried to get Wi-Fi to connect. "Connection failed". Tried calling Litokam but got message phone system not working go on line. Went on line... Live Chat... was to told to reboot my Wi-Fi so I did but the call dropped? Went back to Live chat and it would not answer. Did this for over a week. Finally sent an E-Mail to support and got an answer back within a couple of hours asking if I had a 5GHz router. I responded I had a Dual Band Router and never heard from them again. It's been two weeks trying to set up this camera. I understand this could be a defective unit and normally I would reorder a new one but since I can't get customer service I can't see waisting my time. Plenty of other brands out there.

Easy to set up and the pictures are clear even during the night. I do not use an SD card or subscribe to an iCloud account. I am using it to watch my pets while I am gone. I did use the chat to get help with sharing the camera with another member of my family that does not live in the house and I got my answer very quickly. It is easy to switch into privacy mode so the camera is off when I am in my house. Overall a very nice camera for the price.

Great Little Camera a lot functions for the price. It's Sturdy doesn't feel cheaply made. It's very easy to setup. Its bright in low lighting. If you talk it's clear and loud a little too loud but if you adjust the volume to your liking It should suffice.

This little camera works great for me. I use it only to monitor my child during naps and it does that. i have the app set on my phone and it alerts me of movements. If i am using my phone i can switch with easy to see what is going on. Also you have the ability to have the sound on or off, which I love. The quality of picture is great either on night mode or daylight. I have no comments on recording as i dont use that feature. It uses the WIFI in the house and very easy to install.

These are very easy to set up, that area I give 5 stars. However, it appears even with a memory card unless you pay a fee to this company for cloud storage even if you do manage to get anything recorded onto a memory card its grainy and barey visible. So, if this is only going to be functional as far as a decent recording if you pay this company a monthly fee then I feel its very misleading. Why do I need to pay for cloud service if there is an option for a memory card?

I've had & been using these little Litokam indoor home security cameras for several months now & they have been great ! I downloaded the little elf security camera app to use them with & this has also worked great without any issues ! You can choose & use a good selection of features within the app for the cameras like, motion detection, motion detection alarm, so you receive messages alerts to your phone or tablet. You can also choose the sensitivity, low, medium or high. You can also turn on motion tracking so the camera will follow the subject & it's movement. You also have sound detection, where if it picks up unusual sounds, you will receive an alert. You can also choose human detection where it will only react to human forms & their movements, instead of picking up any & all other movements. You can also set schedules to. They also have night vision, which is a great feature to have when the lights are out. Plus it's great that you have the option of inserting a micro SD card to record your footage on. You can also choose to have & pay monthly or yearly subscription for a storage cloud within the app for the cameras if this is a better option for you as well. Also within the app, you are able to turn the cameras of your choice off using private mode if you don't want them on & recording continuously or you want some privacy. They are also really handy if like me you have any pets as well. It gives you peace of mind knowing if you have to pop out & about & go anywhere, that you are able to check on them & make sure they are all safe & sound. This Is one of the main reasons I decided to purchased them. They come with everything you need, so they are ready to set up & go straight out of the box & once connected to the little elf camera app. They are great little home security cameras & they've worked perfectly for me.

It has night vision, motion detection and the picture quality is good. I bought it for the kids' room. It can detect the kids' movement in the room whilst I was downstairs. Given the wall mount provided I suppose it could be used as a security camera also. I'm thinking to buy another one for the living room. Overall a very happy purchase.

Really good camera for value for money. The picture quality is really good, during the day and at night. Simple to install, just download the app and away to go. 1 month in, the camera suddenly stopped working. Went on to the app and opened a live chat with a lovely person called Miya. She asked me to try a few different things to get the camera working again but couldn't. She said no problem we will send replacement out to you. Really impressed with the customer service, very happy to help and try solve the problem. Would recommend.
