Comfortable but not small enough for a petite person. I was unable to tighten to fit snug enough. My preferred way to use it is with the high side on the side, otherwise my head doesn't quite reach the pillow. It was very comfortable when worn this way. Material is soft and the pillow is also soft but firm. Overall, a good product. If you are smaller and/or have a flexible neck, I would skip this to purchase something with a higher support. However, if you are averaged sized and you are unable to lean your head to your shoulder, this would be a perfect product.

After a bad concussion, I needed serious head and neck support to reduce the dizziness and pain. The memory foam is high quality and contoured. It supports in all the right places. After using it a week, my head/neck pain was relieved and I was less dizzy. My sleep quality is improved because I don’t wake up hurting in the middle of night. It’s multi-functional! I also use it riding in the car (passenger) and sitting at my desk. Basically all around the house. I would definitely take it on a plane. It might be a little bulky to some, but it squeezes down to fit in it’s small but with a little effort.

I have recurring neck pain and use a neck pillow daily for support or headache relief. I wanted to upgrade as my current neck pillow is getting old and looked at many types and reviews before settling on this one. This product is solid and appears well made for this price point. It's got a good design and contour, and the the fabric cover is pretty soft. The memory foam is soft, but solid enough you could use this pillow on its own without a backrest seat behind you (like trying to nap while waiting for a layover). It wasn't a feature I was concerned about, but it is handy to have a snap that makes the whole thing hands free. But I will echo other reviews about height: if you are on the shorter side, this will likely not not fit you. The end of each 'arm' of the pillow has a countoured space/divot for your chin. I have to lift my chin relatively high to fit my chin into this divot. The pillow itself is definitely too tall for me, and extends beyond the hairline at the back of my neck by a good inch or so. The pillow is nice enough I'm prey seriously considering cutting an inch or more of the bottom to make this usable for me, but it is not a good fit if you're in the neighborhood of 5'2".

I really like this pillow. Its a bit hard to roll back up, but manageable. Very comfortable. The flat back makes it comfy with the plane seat. The only thing is that the drawstring is a bit awkwardly.placed when you have thes pillow on. Folds up smaller than I expected which was good for fitting in my bag.

This neck rest is very comfortable. It's great for travel but I also use it at home when relaxing in a chair. I would recommend this PT to others.

It’s comfortable in a way, but it’s really large. I sometimes feel too constricted, and I imagine that will happen more often as the weather warms up. Seems very well made. I just suggest you check the dimensions (I didn’t think to 🤦🏼‍♀️).

Returned because it didn't support the neck much. Maybe the foam is too soft, but there is no support on the side of the neck when falling asleep.
