Best purchase ever! I have never been able to sleep on flights or in cars very well. I've tried the typical airplane u shaped pillows to no success. But this was AMAZING!!! I was actually able to sleep on a plane while using it!! It gives great support and comfort and doesn't feel like I'm being strangled at all! I traveled internationally with it and was able to sleep and land feeling rested and without pillow face!! It doesn't take up much room and was super soft and cozy!! I've used it in a car and on planes and it was amazing!! Worth every penny!!!!!!

Easy to wear. Wrap it around your neck. The flexible insert provides support for the side of your head and neck. For some support in front, you could turn it from the side and have some jaw support. Not comfy wearing it directly in front, so I do not even try. My noise canceling headphones fit ok when wearing this, but noise canceling ear buds would fit better. The material is soft, washable, but me, I'm worried about getting hot on a long ride (air, car, train). I would buy it again.

It took me a few attempts to figure out how to use this travel pillow correctly. Initially, I didn't put it on properly, and it dug into my neck, making me almost return it. However, after practicing how to position it, I discovered it fits perfectly on my neck, supported by my shoulder with no effort. It requires some adjustment before committing to it. Once I got the fit right, I became an immediate fan. I should mention that I am a petite person, but my husband is not. He is also a fan but he also had to take some time to figure out how the position the support appropriately. I love that it is lightweight and doesn't take up much room in my backpack. It holds my head upright and allows for a slight angle to either side that you put the support on. The fleece material makes it soft around the neck, and surprisingly, it doesn't get hot, which was a concern for me. I used this on a 6-hour redeye flight and was able to sleep a bit on the plane for the first time in my life. Although it is expensive for what it is, I recommend giving it a try, as its functionality seems worth the cost.

I wanted to love the Trtl Travel Pillow. really, I did. The promise of a scientifically engineered, ultra-supportive neck brace (sorry, “pillow”) that would finally allow me to sleep on a plane without waking up feeling like I lost a fight with the overhead bin was too good to pass up. Unfortunately, after several flights of dedicated testing, I can confidently say this: if you enjoy the sensation of being in a very mild, travel-sized guillotine, this is the product for you. The “Support” Dilemma The concept is clever. You wrap it around your neck, lean into the hidden support, and drift off into blissful, ergonomic slumber. The reality? The only way this thing provides any meaningful support is if you cinch it so tightly that you start questioning your blood flow situation. At optimal “support” level, I found myself teetering between “mildly uncomfortable” and “Is this what a giraffe feels like in a turtleneck?” If you loosen it even slightly, it becomes a $60 piece of fabric wrapped around your neck for no reason at all. And if you tighten it enough to actually hold your head up, congratulations! You now have a built-in pulse-checking device because your body will let you know very quickly when your carotid artery has had enough. In-Flight Performance My hope was to finally achieve that elusive, graceful plane nap. Instead, I spent most of my flight adjusting, readjusting, and questioning my life choices as my seat neighbor side-eyed my increasingly desperate attempts to make it work. The “lean and sleep” motion they advertise? More like “lean, start losing feeling in your jaw, panic, readjust, repeat.” The Verdict For those with an iron will, a tolerance for slight oxygen deprivation, and perhaps a slimmer neck than mine, this might work. For the rest of us? Save your money and go back to the classic awkward head-tilt-against-the-window method or invest in a real neck pillow. Or better yet, just accept that air travel is inherently uncomfortable and move on. Final Rating: 2/5 Stars – Points for innovation, deducted for it being a personal tourniquet for the worst possible location

I recently tried this travel pillow during a long flight after seeing several recommendations for it. After using it on three flights, each over four hours long, my experience has been mixed. The design is compact and lightweight, making it easy to pack in a carry-on without taking up much space. I liked the soft fleece material—it felt cozy. Once I figured out the right positioning, it gave decent neck support and kept my head upright. That said, it took me a few tries to position it correctly. At first, it felt awkward, and if it wasn’t wrapped tightly enough, the support tended to slip out of place. Over time, I also noticed the pillow pressing uncomfortably against my jaw and chin. What really stood out for me, though, was how hot it made me feel, even on a cold airplane. While I think the design could work well for some people depending on their anatomy, the heat and overall discomfort during long use made it less ideal for me.

I have yet to find a perfect option for getting sleep on a plane, but this is the best I have tried yet. It is compact, comfortable, doesn't make me feel over-heated, and is supportive enough to relax and get a little sleep. I previously have used the Cabeau Evolution S3 Airplane Travel Neck Pillow but for me it just didn't live up to the hype. With that pillow even cinching it as tight as possible I didn't feel supported enough to relax and fall asleep. I also tried one of those inflatable wedges where you put it on the tray in front of you and lean forward onto it. I didn't find that position comfortable enough for long periods of time and it never stayed fully inflated long enough to feel well-supported.

Realmente cambió la forma en la que viajo! Ya no más soportes de cuello estorbosos que no sirven para nada. Este producto realmente resuelve el problema de tener que dormir sentado. Lo probé en un vuelo de 11 horas y pude descansar muy bien. Altamente recomendable.
